Our Story
How We Met
It all started one sunny afternoon, with a facebook post on a student group page. From a simple like, to a DM from Onu to Chu which turned into hours of conversation.
Our First Date
Onuche stood by the Tartu bridge with excitement, waiting to meet Chunya for the first time in person after two weeks of Facebook messages. As she approached with a smile, the moment felt surreal. Onuche embraced her, saying, "Welcome to Tartu, you look more beautiful than in pictures." In that peaceful moment, it felt like the world paused, marking the start of a new chapter together.
The Proposal
In May, Chunya’s birth month, she walked into a candlelit room filled with the scent of roses and her favourite champagne. Confused, she turned to find Onuche on one knee, holding a diamond ring, and asking, "Babe, Will you marry me?" Overwhelmed by the love and surprise, she knew in that perfect and intimate moment that their future together was forever.
